When you submit the unit request form or otherwise contact us through this website, you may voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred move-in date, the unit size you're interested in, and any notes or questions you include. We only collect what you choose to give us — there are no hidden or required fields beyond what the form displays.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to answer your questions, check unit availability, process your request, and provide general customer service. We do not use it for anything beyond responding to you and fulfilling the request you made.
Third-party services this website uses
This website relies on a small number of outside services to function:
- Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and serves its pages to your browser.
- Web3Forms delivers the unit request form's contents to us by email — it processes what you type into that form in order to send it.
- Google Maps provides the embedded location map on our Contact page.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used throughout the site.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate visit statistics, like how many people visit and which pages are popular.
These services may process technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, or general device information — according to their own privacy policies, as part of simply loading a map, a font, or delivering an email. We don't control what these providers collect on their end, and we encourage you to review their individual privacy policies if you'd like more detail.
Analytics, and no advertising trackers
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see overall traffic trends, like how many people visit and which pages are popular. It's a privacy-friendly, cookieless service — it doesn't track you across other websites, build an advertising profile, or use cookies to identify you. Beyond that, we don't use advertising trackers, ad pixels, or any other analytics scripts. Because nothing here relies on cookies for tracking, we don't show a cookie consent banner. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy to reflect it.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to anyone, for any reason.
How long we keep information
We keep the information you submit only as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above — answering your inquiry, fulfilling a unit request, and any ordinary business or record-keeping needs that follow from it.
