Submitting a request online is free and nothing is due today. Once we confirm availability, you’ll pay your first month’s rent plus 13% HST when you move in. Prices shown are the monthly base rate before tax.

No. All units are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Stay for a month or for years — it’s up to you.

Gate access is available 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., 365 days a year. Our office is open Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; holidays and Sundays are by appointment.

Yes. Our climate-controlled units are designed for more stable indoor temperatures — a good fit for furniture, electronics, documents, and anything sensitive to Windsor’s heat and humidity. Sizes start at a 4' × 4' × 4' unit for $40/mo.

Yes. We have outdoor parking spots from $75/mo, trailer storage from $100/mo, and enclosed 10' × 20' units for indoor vehicle storage. See Vehicle Storage for details.
