Gate access is available 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, 365 days a year. Our office is open Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM; holidays and weekends are by appointment.
Yes. We offer climate controlled lockers that hold a stable temperature year-round — ideal for furniture, electronics, documents and anything sensitive to Windsor’s heat and humidity. Sizes start at a 4'×4'×4' locker for $40/mo.
No. All units are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Stay for a month or for years — it’s up to you.
Reserving online is free and holds your unit — nothing is due today. You’ll pay your first month’s rent plus 13% HST when you move in. Prices shown are the monthly base rate before tax.
We recommend protecting your belongings. Many tenants are already covered under a homeowner’s or renter’s policy, and affordable coverage can be arranged at the time of rental.

Yes — we’re an authorized U-Haul dealer. Rent trucks, cargo vans, trailers and moving supplies right where you store. Call ahead and we’ll have the right equipment ready. See U-Haul Rentals.
